In a whole backflip from being “not ” in settling as of October 2nd, Michael Pressure has reached a settlement with the FTC.
At this stage particulars of the proposed settlement haven’t been made public.
In an October ninth joint submitting, the FTC and Pressure (proper) requested a keep on proceedings pending approval of the settlement by FTC Commissioners.
