Mark Scott’s OneCoin trial rescheduled to November 4th

Following a failed bid responsible the DOJ for manufacturing of proof so near trial, Mark Scott’s OneCoin trial has been postponed until November.

Yesterday we lined the DOJ’s frustration over what they perceived to be Mark Scott’s ongoing obstructionist ways.

In response to the DOJ’s claims and request for a trial adjournment, Scott’s protection crew claimed

Mr. Scott has not held up the taint crew’s assessment of those paperwork or their launch to the prosecution crew in any approach.

Contemplating the proof at concern would in any other case have been launched to the prosecution on or round February, and the one motive they weren’t was as a result of Scott demanded his attorneys assessment the paperwork first, which in the end result in ongoing delays, Scott’s protection crew’s claims appear disingenuous at greatest.

In any occasion following an August thirtieth listening to, Scott’s objections have been overruled and the DOJ was granted the requested adjournment.

Pending any additional issues, Mark Scott’s trial is now scheduled for November 4th.
