Spain’s CNMV financial regulator has issued an investment warning against F2 Trading Corp.
According to CNMV’s January 20th warning, F2 Trading Corp is not registered to provide investment services in Spain.
The CNMV’s warning is a securities fraud equivalent elsewhere in the world.
F2 Trading Corp is a Brazilian Ponzi scheme headed up by Phillip Han (right).
Last month the scam blocked Mexican investors, citing non-existent “urgent court decision”.
Following the announcement, F2 Trading Corp deleted its official Facebook and Instagram accounts.
The company still has a YouTube channel up, however the last upload was a month ago.
