On September twenty fifth a court docket order gave OneCoin insiders the courtesy of asserting communications with their attorneys had been privileged.
The insiders had ten days to file their assertions.
An October ninth order reveals none of them did, that means the DOJ now has full entry to a treasure trove of OneCoin insider communications.
The court docket order was made within the DOJ’s case towards OneCoin founder Ruja Ignatova (proper).
