5Linx’s Jason Guck sentenced to seven months prison for fraud


Following a short sentencing delay, Jason Guck has been sentenced to seven months in jail.

Guck is the third 5Linx proprietor to be sentenced on fees stemming from wire and tax fraud.

The DOJ allege Guck and fellow 5Linx house owners Jeb Tyler and Craig Jerabeck, stole thousands and thousands from 5Linx buyers and stockholders.

The trio then dedicated tax fraud in an try to cowl their tracks.

Along with spending seven months in jail, Guck may even forfeit $53,000 in belongings.

Guck’s sentencing marks the conclusion of the DOJ’s case in opposition to 5Linx’s house owners.
