PayDiamond scammer Dilhermano Gonçalves arrested in Brazil

Brazilian authorities have arrested Dilhermano Pereira Gonçalves, a key figure in the PayDiamond Ponzi scheme. Gonçalves was arrested on November 5th, on a warrant  following his indictment.
