25X CLub is owned and operated by serial scammer Troy Mason.
BehindMLM last came across Mason only a few months ago with Our Gas Club.
Our Gas Club was a $79.95 a month pyramid scheme.
BehindMLM’s Our Gas Club review was published on April 16th, 2022. Mason abandoned the scheme and launched 25X Club on or around April 29th.
At time of publication Our Gas Club’s old website domain now redirects to 25X Club’s website. Our Gas Club itself was only launched in March 2022.
Mason is believed to be a US citizen operating out of Texas. To that end US regulators caught up with Mason in June 2021:
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission announced today that it has filed a civil enforcement action in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas against Troy Mason of Houston, Texas and his Texas-based company, ZTegrity, Inc., charging them with fraudulent solicitation and failing to register with the CFTC as required by the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA).
The complaint alleges that from at least October 2019 to the present the defendants used various websites and social-media platforms to fraudulently market their forex trading pool as a version of a savings account that offered a greater yield with similarly low or no risk.
The defendants called this forex trading pool “The Black Club” and “The Forex Savings Club,” which their website claimed had received over $460,000 from 411 participants.
The complaint further alleges the defendants induced participation in their forex trading pool by falsely claiming to “guarantee” to repay participants the funds they contributed to their individual “Forex Savings Accounts” and falsely offered participants “with a 100% certainty” portions of the “substantial profit[s]” to be generated using participants’ pooled funds to trade forex.
Ztegrity was the precursor to Our Gas Club. It was originally a forex scam, after which Mason rebooted it as a gas themed pyramid scheme.
As of September 2022, the CFTC’s case against Mason continues.

25X Club’s Products
25X Club has no retailable products or services.
Affiliates are only able to market 25X Club affiliate membership itself.
25X Club affiliate membership provides access to a “discount club”, “online emergency medical file” service, “problem solving consulting service”, a clock, postcards and “gas stickers”.
25X Club’s Compensation Plan
25X Club affiliates pay either an annual or monthly fee.
- Silver – $19.95 a year
- Gold – $19.95 a month
- Platinum – $99.95 a month
Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same.
25X Club Commission Structure
25X Club tracks and pays commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
This unilevel team structure is used to pay commissions, based on 25X Club’s three affiliate membership tiers.
Silver Membership Commissions
Silver tier 25X Club affiliates earn a $4 commission per Silver and Gold affiliate recruited. $8 is paid out per Platinum affiliate recruited.
Note that Silver tier 25X Club affiliates don’t earn MLM commissions.
Gold Memberships
Gold tier 25X Club affiliates earn
- $4 per Silver or Gold affiliate recruited
- $8 per Platinum affiliate recruited
- $4 and $8 a month per Gold and Platinum affiliate recruited respectively
- $4 passed up from every Silver and Gold recruited under them (assuming there are no other Gold or higher tier affiliates between them and the affiliate recruited)
Platinum Memberships
Platinum tier 25X Club affiliates earn
- $4 per Silver or Gold affiliate recruited
- $10 per Platinum affiliate recruited
- $4 and $8 a month per Gold and Platinum affiliate recruited respectively
- $4 and $15 passed up from every Silver and Gold recruited under them (assuming there are no Gold or higher tier affiliates between them and the affiliate recruited)

25X Club affiliate membership is available at three price-points:
- Silver – $19.95 a year
- Gold – $19.95 a month
- Platinum – $99.95 a month
The more a 25X Club affiliate spends on membership the higher their income potential.
25X Club Conclusion
Our Gas Club must have flopped pretty hard for Troy Mason to reboot it inside of two months.
25X Club is more of the same, with altered price-points.
Despite very much being an MLM opportunity, Mason represents 25X Club isn’t one:
Is this MLM or Network Marketing?No the 25X Club private club is not MLM or Network Marketing. It is a 2 tier affiliate program.
This is baloney. 25X Club pays commissions over multiple levels and commissions are tracked via a unilevel team.
You can call an MLM company that pays commissions down two levels of recruitment a “2 tier affiliate program”, but it’s still MLM.
Semantics aside, 100% of commissions 25X Club pays out are tied to recruitment. This makes 25X Club a pyramid scheme.
As with all MLM pyramid schemes, when affiliate recruitment dries up so too will commissions.
Downlines will stop paying $79.95 a month, seeing those above them stop getting paid. They stop paying their fees and before you know it an irreversible collapse is triggered.
The math behind MLM pyramid schemes guarantees the majority of participants lose money.
If you’re wondering what someone sued by the CFTC is doing launching recycled pyramid schemes, it’s worth noting the CFTC secured an injunction and freeze on Mason’s assets.
I suspect Our Gas Club, 25X Club and whatever comes after it are funding Mason’s legal defense.
