It seems the FTC’s fraud case towards Thomas Dluca, Louis Gatto, Eric Pinkston and Scott Chandler could have been settled.
On Could twenty fourth a Settlement Convention was scheduled for June 4th.

The FTC sued Dluca, Gatto, Pinkston and Chandler for fraud in March 2018.
Of the 4 defendants, Eric Pinkston was the primary defendant to give up.
Pinkston’s settlement with the FTC noticed an agreed ultimate judgment submitted for Fee approval final month.
