Polish Site visitors Monsoon scammer Piotr Chajkowski has settled clawback proceedings towards him.
In an April tenth submitting, the Site visitors Monsoon Receiver confirmed “the quantity of $1,027,236.58, has been totally glad by cost of the complete Settlement Quantity”.
Chajkowski was one in all eleven Site visitors Monsoon net-winners sued again in 2019.
As alleged by the Receiver, Chajkowski invested $45,751 into Site visitors Monsoon and stole $874,820.
Chajkowski failed to answer the Receiver’s lawsuit. In June 2021, the Receiver secured an Entry of Default towards Chajkowski.
This was adopted up by a November 2021 default judgment for $1,027,236.
All through 2022 the Receiver labored to implement Chajkowski’s US default judgment in Poland. This culminated in Chajkowski reaching a settlement with the Receiver in January 2024.
As per the Receiver’s April tenth submitting, Chajkowski’s default judgment quantity has been paid again in full. This concludes Site visitors Monsoon Receivership proceedings towards Chajkowski.
