Alcor Commerce, dba Alcor Restricted, has acquired a pyramid scheme fraud warning from the Central Financial institution of Russia.
As per the Central Financial institution’s September 14th warning, Alcor Commerce displays “indicators of a pyramid scheme”.
BehindMLM confirmed as a lot in our September seventh Alcor Commerce overview, noting that pyramid fraud was secondary to Alcor Commerce working as a Ponzi scheme.
Alcor Commerce is a reboot of the collapsed Antares Commerce Ponzi scheme.
The Central Financial institution issued an analogous pyramid scheme warning towards Antares Commerce in early June.
Each Antares Commerce and Alcor Commerce are run by CEO Alex Richter, performed by Russian nationwide Aleksey Zhirovkin (aka Alexei Mikhailovich Zhukovkin and Alexander Zhirovkin).
Determined for brand new funding, Zhirovkin is selling Alcor Commerce on the premise of a 200,000% ROI.
Zhirovkin has been needed by Russian authorities since 2012. He fled Russia following his implication in a 3.5 million ruble heist.
Zhirovkin is at present hiding out within the Dominican Republic. Thus far Dominican Republic authorities have didn’t take any motion.
Whether or not Russian authorities have approached their Dominican Republic counterparts for help is unclear.
Alexa visitors estimates reveal Alcor Commerce’s victims are primarily from Egypt (27%), Madagascar (14%) and Saudi Arabia (7%).
None of those international locations are recognized for actively regulating MLM fraud.
