Pablo Renato Rodriguez has pled responsible to an AirBit Membership prison cost.
Rodriguez and associate in crime Gutemberg Dos Santos, have been indicted in 2020 on prison prices regarding AirBit Membership.
AirBit Membership was a ~$20 million “bitcoin mining” MLM Ponzi Rodriguez and dos Santos launched in 2016.
Rodriguez initially pled not responsible to the three counts he was initially indicted on;
- conspiracy to commit wire fraud;
- conspiracy to commit financial institution fraud; and
- conspiracy to commit cash laundering.
Following a not so nice time in custody, at a Standing Convention held on February seventh Rodriguez requested a change of plea listening to.
On March eighth, Rodriguez pled responsible to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
As a part of his plea settlement, Rodriguez has agreed to forfeit curiosity in

- $999,936 tied to a Gulfstream jet;
- over $76 million in cryptocurrency held in numerous accounts;
- numerous electronics, a “field of checks”, numerous basketball and Pokemon playing cards and a watch, seized from Jorge Alejandro Rodriguez in Might 2021;
- $896,483, numerous electronics, eighteen luxurious watches, jewellery and sports activities coats, seized from Rodriguez in August 2020
- $29,402 and numerous electronics, seized from Cecilia Millan in August 2020;
- numerous electronics seized from Gutemberg dos Santos, Scott Hughes and Margarita Cabrera in August 2020;
- a 4 bed room residential property in Irvine, California (est. worth $4.8 million);
- a 4 bed room residential property in Greensboro, North Carolina (est. worth $739,000);
- a 4 bed room residential property in Las Vegas, Nevada (est. worth ~$400,000);
- a residential property in Raleigh, North Carolina (est. worth ~$250,000);
- a 2015 Mercedes-Benz G3 AMG wagon; and
- a 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA sedan
What has been recovered will go in the direction of Rodriguez’s consented to $65 million forfeiture, consisting of funds traceable to AirBit Membership.
