The Central Financial institution of Hungary (MNB) has added Crowd1 to its checklist of banned corporations.
We’re unsure when MNB added Crowd1 to it securities fraud warning checklist, we had been tipped off by a reader yesterday.
On the time of publication Crowd1 seems underneath “C” of the MNB’s securities fraud warning checklist.
As per the MNB;
Due ot the truth that (Crowd1) will not be included within the information stored by the MNB, it’s not entitled to supply actions topic to the supervisory supervision or notification, particularly monetary companies, in Hungary.
The interpretation is a bit clunky however that is the equal of a securities fraud warning in different jurisdictions.
Up to now Crowd1 has attracted the eye of regulators in New Zealand, Mauritius, South Africa, the Philippines, Norway, Namibia, Paraguay, Gabon, Vietnam, Cote d’Ivoire and Slovakia.
Crowd1 was based by Jonas Erik Wener in mid 2019. The Ponzi scheme is operated by CEO Johan Stael Von Holstein from Sweden.
Up to now Swedish authorities have did not take any motion towards Crowd1 or its executives.
Crowd1 is presently being closely promoted throughout Russia, Azerbaijan and Qatar.
Replace tenth December 2020 – It’s believed each Johan Stael Von Holstein and Jonas Erik Wener have relocated from Sweden to Spain.
As of but Spanish authorities have taken no motion towards Crowd1, Holstein or Wener.
