In fact InnovaTech doesn’t provide any information whatsoever. As I write this InnovaTech’s front-end website is nothing more than an affiliate login form.
InnovaTech’s website domain (“innovatechinternational.com”) was privately registered on October 1st, 2019.
The majority of InnovaTech’s official marketing videos are in Spanish. This is also true of InnovaTech general marketing.
At a minimum, this suggests whoever is running InnovaTech has ties to a Spanish-speaking country.
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

InnovaTech has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market InnovaTech affiliate membership itself.
InnovaTech’s Compensation Plan
InnovaTech affiliates invest $350 to $50,000 on the promise of a four year ROI.
- Iron – $350
- Bronze – $750
- Silver – $1500
- Gold – $3000

- Diamond – $12,000
- Challenger – $24,000
- Champion – $50,000
InnovaTech affiliates can choose how to receive their returns from three options:
- 9% a month;
- 80% every 6 months; or
- 210% annually
Referral Commissions
InnovaTech pays referral commissions on funds invested by personally recruited affiliates.
Referral commission rates are determined by which ROI schedule personally recruited affiliates opt for:
- receive 10% on funds invested with a monthly ROI schedule
- receive 12% on funds invested with a 6 month ROI schedule
- receive 14% on funds invested with an annual ROI schedule
Residual Commissions
InnovaTech pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.
The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).
Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.
Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.
At the end of each week InnovaTech tallies up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.
Affiliates are paid 5% of funds invested on the weaker binary team side.
Once paid out on, funds are matched against the stronger side and flushed. Any leftover investment volume on the stronger binary team side carries over.
Auto & Home Lifestyle Bonus
InnovaTech offers affiliates a six tier monthly Auto & Home Lifestyle Bonus.
Despite the name, the Auto & Lifestyle Cash Bonus is a simple cash bonus that can be spent on anything.
Here are the Auto & Home Lifestyle Bonus tier qualifications:
- invest at Bronze or higher and generate $10,000 in weaker binary team side investment volume for the month = $750
- invest at Bronze or higher and generate $20,000 in weaker binary team side investment volume for the month = $1500
- invest at Silver or higher and generate $30,000 in weaker binary team side investment volume for the month = $2300
- invest at Silver or higher and generate $40,000 in weaker binary team side investment volume for the month = $2800
- invest at Platinum or higher and generate $50,000 in weaker binary team side investment volume for the month = $3500

Conclusion
InnovaTech represents it generates external revenue from a number of sources, and has been for twelve years:
This claim fails the Ponzi logic test.
For starters, InnovaTech didn’t exist until late 2019. Secondly, if InnovaTech has been generating annual returns of 210% for over a decade, what do they need your money for?
InnovaTech provides no evidence it is generating external revenue of any kind, or is using external revenue to pay advertised returns.
The only verifiable source of revenue entering InnovaTech is new investment.
Using new investment to pay InnovaTech affiliates a return makes InnovaTech a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve InnovaTech of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
The math behind Ponzi schemes guarantees that when they collapse, the majority of participants lose money.
