Zoe Cash smart-contract cycler Ponzi

Generation Zoe provides no information on its website about who owns or runs the company.

The company claims to be a “Spanish-speaking platform”. Generation Zoe’s website footer states the project was “created by Fidubit in Colombia”.

Fidubit appears to be incorporated in Colombia as Fidubit SAS.

According to Dun & Bradstreet, Fidubit

is located in MEDELLIN, Antioquia, Colombia and is part of the Computer Systems Design and Related Services Industry. FIDUBIT S A S has 3 total employees.

Heading up Fidubit and by proxy Generation Zoe, is Jhooana Tatiana Carvajal Muneton and Adrian Herrera Villota.

The only thing I was able to find on these individuals is an abandoned FaceBook account belonging to Villota (right).

Villota appears to have tried his hand at freelance marketing prior to landing at Fidubit.

On the regulatory front Generation Zoe has attracted the attention of multiple South American regulators.

Press Coaching reports there have been securities fraud raids in Paraguay. The National Securities Commissions considers Generation Zoe to be a “pyramid scam”.

Argentinian authorities have also issued a Generation Zoe securities fraud warning.

Generation Zoe’s regulatory troubles led me to an article by 24 Hours World, in which Leonardo Cositorto is cited as Generation Zoe’s founder.

Prior to Generation Zoe, Cositorto appears to have been marketing himself as a professional coach.

I was unable to establish whether Cositorto has an MLM history.

In response to South American regulators cracking down on Generation Zoe, Cositoro stated because it’s “a private investment, the trust it totally legal”.

This is of course baloney. Anyone can sign up as a Generation Zoe affiliate, it is the opposite of private.

Cositoro also trots out the cliched “we’re not a pyramid scheme because we haven’t collapsed yet” defense.

As I understand regulatory investigations into Generation Zoe are ongoing.

As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

Generation Zoe’s Products

Genearation Zoe has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able market Generation Zoe affiliate membership itself.

Generation Zoe’s Compensation Plan

Generation Zoe do not provide compensation details on their website.

The following analysis is put together from an official Generation Zoe presentation in Spanish.

Note that while ethereum values are quoted, Generation Zoe has since moved on to tron and Zoe Cash (discussed in the review conclusion below).

Generation Zoe runs a three three-tier 2×3 matrix cyclers.

Affiliates invest in 0.1 ETH cycler positions, on the expectation of a 3.94 ETH ROI.

A 2×3 cycler places an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them:

These two positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (four positions).

Level three of the matrix is generated in the same manner and houses eight positions.

Positions in each matrix are filled via direct and indirect 0.1 ETH investments. These can come from directly or indirectly recruited Generation Zoe affiliates.

Specific payments across Generation Zoe’s first cycler are as follows:

  • Tier 1 – invest 0.1 ETH in a position and receive 0.12 ETH when all fourteen positions are filled, also cycles into Tier 2
  • Tier 2 – receive 0.46 ETH when all fourteen positions are filled and cycle into Tier 3
  • Tier 3 – receive 0.36 ETH and generates a new Tier 3 position

I don’t have exact tier payouts for Generation Zoe’s second and third cyclers, only the total ROI paid:

  • Generation Zoe’s second cycler requires a 1 ETH investment and pays out 39.4 ETH across three tiers
  • Generation Zoe’s third cycler requires a 10 ETH investment and pays out 394 ETH across three tiers

Note that Generation Zoe charges a 30% fee on all withdrawal requests.

Joining Zoe Cash

Generation Zoe affiliate membership appears to be free.

Full participation in the attached income opportunity requires a minimum 0.1 ETH cycler position purchase.

Equivalent amounts in tron and Zoe Cash are unknown.

Generation Zoe Conclusion

Generation Zoe is a simple smart-contract Ponzi scheme, aimed at South Americans.

Launched as an ethereum Ponzi scheme in 2020, at some point Generation Zoe collapsed and was rebooted on the tron blockchain.

That also appears to have collapsed and so we have the third reboot with Zoe Cash.

We can verify this ourselves through the blockchain; Generation Zoe’s original ethereum smart-contract currently has a balance of 0 ETH.

Generation Zoe’s tron smart-contract has a balance of 4,649.159569 TRX, presently worth about $257.

Zoe Cash launched in April 2021.

Zoe Cash is a BEP20 BSC token, which take about five minutes to set up at little to no cost.

The only difference between Generation Zoe’s ETH, TRX and Zoe Cash reboots, is Leonardo Cositorto has complete control over Zoe Cash.

Creating Zoe Cash out of thin air means return liability is literally zero until withdrawals are processed.

Perusal of Generation Zoe’s BSC smart-contract reveals tracking stopped on December 18th, 2021.

Zoe Cash is publicly tradeable. On December 18th it crashed to 12 cents, before rising steadily over the next few weeks.

Save for noting this reeks of manipulation, it’s not worth wasting time trying to figure out what blockchain bro bullshit is going on.

Generation Zoe is a simple smart-contract cycler Ponzi. If you haven’t got your crypto out of the contract yet it’s gone.

Update 20th February 2022 – Argentinian police have raided Generation Zoe’s offices.

Leonardo Cositorto remains at large but an international arrest warrant has been issued.

Update 15th March 2022 – Leonardo Cositorto has turned up at a political rally in Colombia. Authorities have not yet arrested him.
