In an attempt to appear legitimate, BeOnWise provides an incorporation certificate for BeOnWise Limited in Ireland.
For the purpose of MLM due-diligence, basic incorporation in any jurisdiction is meaningless. This is due to the ease with which bogus details can be used to incorporate shell companies.
BeOnWise has an official YouTube channel, on which it has uploaded a few rented office videos.
These videos climax in a CEO multi-lingual series, put out 6 to 3 days ago. Thee videos are all dubbed, with the English original conspicuously absent.
Nonetheless if you listen carefully, the actor playing CEO “Ronan Patrick O’Sullivan” has an eastern-European accent.
This, along with the fact O’Sullivan doesn’t exist outside of BeOnWise, makes him a prime Boris CEO candidate.
Boris CEO schemes are typically the work of Russians or Ukrainians.

BeOnWise’s website domain (“beonwise.com”), was privately registered on November 1st, 2021.
Despite not existing until late 2021, on its website BeOnWise falsely represents it has been around since 2018.
At time of publication Alexa ranks top sources of traffic to BeOnWise’s website as Vietnam (28%), Peru (23%) and South Korea (9%).
As always, if an MLM company is not openly upfront about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about joining and/or handing over any money.

BeOnWise affiliates invest cryptocurrency on the promise of an advertised return.
- Green Case – invest $25 to $500 and receive 0.8% to 1.25% a day for 11 days
- Blue Case – invest $500 to $5000 and receive 1.3% to 1.68% a day for 22 days
- Gold Case – invest $5000 to $50,000 and receive 1.7% to 2.11% a day for 55 days
- Black Case – invest $50,000 to $1,000,000 and receive 2.2% to 2.77% a day for 77 days
- Lite Futures – invest $100 to $5000 and receive 2.3% to 3% a day for 88 days

Referral Commissions
BeOnWise pays referral commissions via a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.
BeOnWise caps payable unilevel team levels a twenty.
Referral commissions are paid as a percentage of cryptocurrency invested across these twenty levels based on rank:
- Members earn 5% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates), 3% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
- Partners earn 6% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 and 5
- Mentors earn 6% on level 1, 3% on level 2, 2% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 to 7
