Youngevity’s dispute with Wakaya Perfection dates again to 2016.
As I write this there are at the moment 679 filings within the long-running case, most of that are administrative.
As such I’ve been holding updates on the case to a minimal, preferring to attend for substantial developments.
As per an order made on December twenty sixth, the case has now been given a trial date.

Wakaya Perfection filed its personal lawsuit nevertheless, owing to similarities between the 2 lawsuits, Wakaya’s litigation was stayed final March.
Counterclaims had been filed in each circumstances, with Wakaya Perefection not too long ago submitting for Abstract Judgement on a lot of them.
