Joseph Ford Jr., US police officer promoting MLM crypto Ponzis

Joseph Ford Jr., a Californian federal police officer, is selling MLM crypto Ponzi schemes on YouTube.

Ruh-roh…

Joseph Ford Jr. cites himself as a resident of Brentwood, California on social media.

On December fifteenth, 2020, Ford Jr. graduated from the Division of Homeland Safety’s Uniformed Police Coaching Program:

A yr later, Ford Jr. reminisced at what seems to have been a proud second in his life:

Later that very same month Ford Jr. obtained notification to attend a “crypto forex investigations” course.

This course teaches hand on, crypto investigative methods.

Ford Jr. claimed the course was “positively up my alley”.

Ford Jr. was scheduled to attend the crypto fraud course between January eleventh to thirteenth.

On January seventh, Ford Jr. examined optimistic for COVID-19:

A day later, Ford Jr. was selling a cryptocurrency course of his personal:

As of January nineteenth, Ford Jr. appeared to have recovered from COVID-19:

At this stage Ford Jr. seems have gotten himself neck-deep in MLM crypto securities fraud.

On January twenty third, Ford Jr. boasted about qualifying as a Senior Supervisor at Intelligence Prime Capital:

Intelligence Prime Capital pitched returns of as much as 40% a month, purportedly derived by way of foreign currency trading.

To qualify as a Senior Supervisor, Ford Jr. needed to persuade others to speculate at the very least $10,000 into the scheme.

Intelligence Prime Capital, believed to be run by scammers in Asia, collapsed in February.

By this stage Ford Jr. was referring to himself as a “foreign currency trading knowledgeable”.

He claimed at the very least one of many MLM Ponzi schemes he was selling (believed to be Intelligence Prime Capital), was “dealer regulated and totally compliant”.

After IPC collapsed, Ford Jr. fell deeper down the MLM crypto fraud rabbit-hole.

Ford Jr. based PIN (which I imagine is brief for “Passive Income)…

…via which he continued to advertise MLM crypto Ponzi schemes.

At time of publication Ford Jr.’s PIN FaceBook group has over 200 members:

By Mid March Ford Jr. claimed he and his downline had scammed individuals out of “near $1 mill”:

Ford Jr. held PIN Zoom webinars to pitch scams to customers.

On these webinars Ford Jr. was joined by PIN “enterprise companions”.

In April 2022 Ford Jr. was selling MetaFi Yielders:

MetaFi Yielders is an MLM Ponzi scheme pitching returns of as much as 4.2% a day.

Later that very same monh Ford Jr. started selling COTP:

COTP is a Ponzi scheme pitching returns of as much as 4% a day.

One other MLM crypto Ponzi Ford Jr. might have been promoted is HyperFund/Hyperverse.

Yesterday Ford Jr. joined the “Hyperverse Rip-off Now What!?” FaceBook group, placing him on their radar.

I’ve picked up the story from there. A US Federal Regulation Enforcement Officer selling Ponzi schemes isn’t one thing we see on a regular basis.

On April twenty seventh, Ford Jr. instructed he was incomes extra selling MLM Ponzis than he was as a police officer.

Ford Jr.’s stint as an officer of the legislation had been diminished to a “facet hustle”.

As I perceive it, Ford Jr. is employed as a United States Mint Police officer.

Yearly, the US Mint Police safeguard greater than 1,650 Mint staff, greater than $100 billion in gold, silver and coinage, and 1000’s of holiday makers to Mint amenities.

In the present day, Mint Law enforcement officials have the first duty for shielding life and property, stopping, detecting, and investigating legal acts, accumulating and preserving proof, making arrests, and implementing federal and native legal guidelines.

This month issues haven’t been going so nicely within the MLM crypto Ponzi area of interest.

MetaFi Yielders is attempting to maintain their Ponzi afloat with rolling 4.2% a day funding plans.

Two weeks in the past Ford Jr. boasted of withdrawing $40,000 out of COTP.

COTP collapsed final week. Traders are ready to see if the Ponzi is rebooted this week.

In violation of the Securities and Alternate Act and Commodity Alternate Act, neither Ford Jr. or the Ponzi schemes he promotes are registered with the SEC and/or CFTC.

Footnote: BehindMLM doesn’t sometimes showcase promoters of the MLM corporations we cowl.

We give attention to the businesses themselves and infrequently may point out a promoter or two in passing.

For legislation enforcement officers who ought to positively know higher although, we make an exception.
