United Power Up fails to provide ownership or executive information on its website.
United Power Up’s website domain (“unitedpowerup.com”), was privately registered on June 14th, 2022.
Further research reveals affiliates citing Sverker Caron as United Power Up’s CEO:
Up until early 2022, Sverker Caron was Head of Product Development for the Crowd1 Ponzi scheme.
Caron was a regular Crowd1 promoter until he was promoted to Miggster.
They needed a project leader for Miggster, so I started with Miggster immediately.
But as I have a Crowd1 background, I’ve been at almost every event that we’ve had, the Philippines, in South Africa, and now in Dubai.
I do two shifts, I work with Miggster but I’m also out meeting the leaders and telling them about Crowd1.
Miggster was part of Crowd1’s ongoing attempts to legitimize investment fraud with attached products and services.
Initially pitched as a mobile gaming platform, when that ruse ran dry Planet IX was launched.
Like all the other Ponzi ruses it came up with, nobody in Crowd1 was interested in PlanetIX. The ruse fell apart in March 2022 through a staged sell off.
Crowd1 has all but collapsed amid ongoing withdrawal delays. The scammers that were tied to its gaming ruses, like Sverker Caron, have gone on to launch their own scams.
Star Horizon is one BehindMLM recently reviewed, headed up Emerge Gaming CEO Gregory Stevens. United Power Up appears to be another one.
On the corporate side of things, United Power Up is incorporated as Soniqeflow OÜ in Estonia. Beyond shell incorporation, United Power Up doesn’t appear to have any ties to Estonia.
Sverker Caron’s social media profiles cite him as a Swedish national living in Spain.
Prior to Crowd1, Caron promoted the World Games Inc, Enwire/Spinglo pyramid scheme, and Wenyard and Nasgo Ponzi schemes.

Affiliates are only able to market United Power Up affiliate membership itself.
United Power Up’s Compensation Plan
United Power Up affiliates invest euros or bitcoin (BTC) equivalents into UP tokens.
- Small – invest €49 EUR and receive €55 EUR worth of UP tokens
- Medium – invest €99 EUR and receive €120 EUR worth of UP tokens
- Large – invest €499 EUR and receive €650 EUR worth of UP tokens
- X-Large – invest €999 and receive €1400 EUR worth of UP tokens
The MLM side of United Power Up is run through a convoluted commission system, paying out both in UP tokens and bitcoin.

Recruitment Commissions
United Power Up pays recruitment commissions via a modified binary compensation structure.
A regular binary team starts with two positions on the first level:
United Power Up effectively removes this first level and starts from the second level (in the image above, this is the level with four positions).
Beyond that the structure is the same and functions like a regular binary team, split into two sides.

Recruitment commission rates start at 25% of euros invested, capped at whatever tier the recruiting affiliate has invested at.

United Power Up affiliates who recruit four or more affiliates within their first thirty days qualify for the Fast Start Bonus.
The Fast Start Bonus pays double commissions on every personally recruited affiliate within an affiliate’s first thirty days (this includes the first four recruited affiliates for qualification).
Rank Achievement Bonus
United Power Up rewards affiliates for qualifying at Starter and higher with “Premium Tokens”.

United Power Up’s marketing presentation states “Premium UP tokens can only be used in the UP store”. No further information is provided.

United Power Up Conclusion
Given Sverker Caron was part of Crowd1’s gaming Ponzi ruse, it’s not surprising the same ruse is being recycled for United Power Up.
That said, United Power Up appears to have adopted Crowd1’s “ruse of the day” Ponzi approach.
United Power is the perfect mix of influencer marketing, crowd funding and startups.
By joining United Power you get access to the best startups and you will be part of a well established micro influencer community.
Like Crowd1, this relies on constant hype of what’s coming next. Over time investors wise up (moreso when withdrawals stop), and the whole thing falls apart.
Beyond United Power Up’s Ponzi ruse you have the Ponzi itself. Sign up and invest, hope number goes up and withdraw subsequently invested funds.
That United Power Up hasn’t disclosed and technical details of their UP and Premium UP tokens is additional pause for concern.
Typically Ponzi tokens and coins are X-20 affairs, set up in a few minutes at little to no cost. United Power Up hasn’t even confirmed that much, leaving UP and Premium Up tokens in Ponzi points territory (a step down from shit tokens and shitcoins).
United Power Up’s MLM opportunity constitutes a pyramid scheme, by way of nothing being marketed or sold to retail customers.
On the regulatory front, while Estonia has tried to cleanup its image as a haven for crypto scams, it’s still too easy to set up shell companies there.
Spain’s has an active securities regulator, the CNMV, but United Power Up would likely have to grow before appearing on their radar.
SimilarWeb currently tracks negligible traffic to United Power Up’s website.
As with all Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up so too will new investment.
This will starve United Power Up of ROI revenue, eventually prompting a collapse.
