The SEC’s preliminary lawsuit cited Feldman, a convicted felon, as DFRF Enterprises’ faux insurance coverage man.
Jeffrey Feldman is the only officer and director of Common Advertising Group, a Florida company.
He claims to be the U.S. consultant of Accedium Insurance coverage Firm, which is predicated in Barbados and London.
Neither Accedium nor Feldman’s enterprise, Common Advertising Group, is licensed to promote insurance coverage in Florida.
